The Southern Heat staff is an incredible family of professionals who have chosen to make their dream job a career. SH treats its staff/coaches like family. We are looking for highly qualified coaches to work with our all star competition teams, instruct tumbling, teach classes, office staff, etc. Ideal candidates are mature, responsible professionals with experience. We are specifically looking for coaches who use positive reinforcement, run highly effective/efficient practices, and work well with others.
